Koliak against Shutov On June 25, 1999, a Sankt-Petersburg’s criminal authority Ruslan Koliak, acting as a witness, acuses Yuri Shutov of beeing a criminal authority. Koliak learned it, being himself in custody, from another detainee, who said he was a “killer contracted by Shutov”.
