Zakar Kalashov (nickname Shakro), linked to Solntsevskaya and Izmaylovskaya gangs, is said to be shareholder of a considerable part of Lukoil oil company. Shakro was detained in Spain and later in Moscow whre his ties to high rank law enforcers were discovered.
