The inspection of Russian Accounts Chamber concluded that partly State Soviet (then Russian) foreign banks were illegally privatized, suspicious loans were signed by the banks. The conclusions of the inspection have been headed up to Prosecutor’s Office of Russia. No investigation was publicly announced.
