On December 11, 2007, at 17:35, Andrei Nikonov, aka “Begemot” (“Hippopotamus”), is calling Gennady Petrov to discuss changes in the Russian government; see conversation B21 in the summary (Spanish). Nikonov and Petrov mention Vladimir Putin as “ours” and, at the same time, that “everything is decided by one person”. And, anyway, Putin won’t remain Prime Minister for long — they are sure that he will come back as President soon.
