Arms traffiquing case of the Italian Prosecutor’s office, 2000-2002, against Odessa born Leonid Minin.
Current document is a leak from the Leonid Minin’s case investigated in Italy in 2000-2002. The case concerned weapons of Ukrainian origin that ended up in several African hotspots, such as Liberia and Sierra Leone. Arms were sent from Ukraine to Bulgaria, transited via Costa d’Avorio in Italy and ended up in Africa. Minin claimed Ukrainian politician and civil servant, became Russian senator in 2022, Andriy Derkach’s participation in the traffiquing.
