Dear Mr. Kuzmin
Coming back to the phone conversation that tock place this morning in your presence between
Mr. Khazine and myself with regard to special canditlons to be agreed on for the maintenance of
your companies | would like to point out the following:
Any discount | am ready to agree with for the future is subject to the following conditions:
1.) The total amount outstanding at the time being (four invoices for Virginia, Merkin and Kin-
bow) amounting to CHF 7’800,00 plus USS 1’880.00 (or the overall amount of US$
8’022.00) must be paid (credited) within the coming 5 working days.
2.) The discount of CHF 600,00 for each company (i.e. CHF 2’000.00 instead of CHF 2’600.00)
is to be applied for future invoices provided you still maintain all the three companies with
me and provided a future invaice is paid within 20 days after being due and arriving in you
hands (directly or through Mr. Khazine).
If a payment is delayed or the number of companies kept with me reduced the old conditions for
the annual fee (CHF 2’600.00 + US$ 300.00 for taxes) will automatically get applicable again.
